SHIPPING

All products are shipped using USPS (and in some cases UPS) within the USA for a flat $6.00 per order.  This is the cheapest shipping cost offered by any online falconry company.  We want your business, and we are willing to pay the difference as most orders will cost more than $6.00. Most shipments will take 3-4 days to be delivered once we ship.  At present, we do not offer faster service due to much higher costs and labor.  If you are overseas, you will need to contact us for a shipping quote, and it will cost considerably more.  Once we send your package, you will receive a tracking number by email.  Thank you again!

RETURNING GOODS

Valhalla Falcons requires that you notify us prior to returning any item so we may issue return instructions. We will not refund or exchange items it they arrive at Valhalla Falcons in anything other than new condition.
